1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Luxury Driving School.

By booking lessons, making payments, using our website or attending driving tuition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    2. BOOKINGS

Lesson bookings may be made by telephone, WhatsApp, email, website enquiry or other approved methods.

Lesson availability is subject to instructor and vehicle availability.

    3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

Lesson slots may be provisionally reserved pending payment.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, Luxury Driving School reserves the right to cancel the reservation and allocate the lesson slot to another customer.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

   4. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept:

• Worldpay
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Bank Transfer
• Cash (where accepted)

   5. CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will be treated as a No Show.

   6. LATE ARRIVALS

Students must be available at the agreed location and time.

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a No Show.

The lesson fee will be forfeited and no refund, credit or replacement lesson will be provided.

Any lesson time lost due to lateness cannot be extended or refunded.

   7. LEARNER PERMIT REQUIREMENT

Students must hold a valid Learner Permit or Driving Licence.

Students must bring their valid Learner Permit or Driving Licence to every lesson.

Failure to produce a valid Learner Permit or Driving Licence may result in the lesson being cancelled.

In such circumstances no refund, credit or replacement lesson will be provided.

   8. FITNESS TO DRIVE

Students must not attend lessons while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that may impair driving ability.

Luxury Driving School reserves the right to terminate a lesson where a student appears unfit to drive.

No refund will be payable.

   9. REFUND POLICY

Completed lessons are strictly non-refundable.

Unused prepaid lessons may be considered for refund at management discretion.

Refund requests must be made in writing.

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund processing times depend on banks, Worldpay and card providers.

   10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Luxury Driving School reserves the right to provide relevant evidence including:

• Invoices
• Receipts
• Booking records
• Lesson records
• EDT records
• Learner Permit records
• WhatsApp messages
• SMS messages
• Emails
• Refund records

to banks, card issuers, Worldpay and dispute resolution providers.

   11. SAFETY

All vehicles used for instruction are insured, roadworthy and fitted with dual controls where applicable.

The instructor may intervene at any time for safety reasons.

   12. DRIVING TESTS

Use of an instructor's vehicle for a driving test remains entirely at the instructor's discretion.

   13. LIABILITY

Luxury Driving School shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, weather conditions, traffic conditions, RSA actions or events beyond reasonable control.

   14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
